Loveliness Island

Loveliness Island

Loveliness Island is a concept life-simulation game where you play as an island's newest aborted child.

The idea came from eavesdropping on a London subway conversation between two people wondering where aborted babies go. A bit dark, I’ll admit. They whispered something inaudible which it caused me to wonder too. What if they end up on an island, I thought.

Maybe they‘re sent to live on an island amongst other aborted inhabitants. And may the islanders inherit their parents personalities and ideologies. And maybe, in order for the island to maintain order and balance, everyone must learn to celebrate each other’s differences and get along.

What if it was a game about trying to befriend those who dislike you? Could you make a homophobe, secular, religious, vegan, racist, all learn to understand one another?

Who knows. Let's play and see.
